Shipping Policy

Delivery Schedules

Most purchases are shipped out from our warehouse in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia, to arrive within 5 business days from receipt of your order. If however the order will not arrive within the 5-day period due to no-stock situation, we will then inform you of the new delivery date via e-mail.

For purchases that are required on special dates, please email us to specify your delivery dates. This notice must be emailed to us at least 5 business days prior to the intended date of delivery. We can specify the delivery dates to our courier service but we cannot guarantee delivery of items on the specified date due to customs and duties checks and unforeseen circumstances faced by our courier service.

For holiday orders, delivery schedule remains except if we inform otherwise through our website.

Shipping and Handling Charges

We use only international first-class shipping by DHL, UPS or Fedex. We may also use other national courier services from time to time, depending on the speed of delivery.

Below are the shipping charges for each country:

Europe excluding United Kingdom

United Kingdom (including Channel Islands, England, Isle of Man, Northern Island, Scotland and Wales)

Australia

China, Hong Kong and Macau

Malaysia

For United States and the rest of the World

These shipping charges apply to all items except for e-gift certificates. For catalogues, shipping charges as described above will apply. However, if these are accompanied by other pewter purchases which amounts to more than the minimum purchase required to enjoy free shipping, then shipping is free.

International Shipping

We ship to anywhere in the world. Delivery to remote or rural areas and APO/FPO addresses may take longer than specified. For APO/FPO addresses, we will reconfirm with you if delivery can be made to to the respective army forces' central post offices, before your order is processed. Several APO/FPO addresses cannot be reached. However, if we confirm the delivery, the army forces' central post offices will then forward you the item. Delivery is not available for P.O. Box addresses.

Duties and Taxes

Our prices do not include duties or value-added taxes (VATs). If assessed, these charges are the responsibility of the package recipient, who will be billed by our courier services upon delivery. Our courier services will prepay all amount due to your local Customs office to speed up delivery process. We will also include an invoice on the package stating the price of the items for Customs declaration. Please bear this in mind when shipping a gift item to others. If you wish to pay for the duties and VATs, please email us upon ordering and we will bill you once we receive the charges. For this purpose, we will need your approval to charge your credit card.

This regulation only applies for purchases shipped to anywhere in the World except for European countries, Australia, China, Hong Kong, Macau, Japan, Singapore and Malaysia. Prices shown for these countries are tax inclusive.
